Sophia Kiafoulis joined the Rival Insulation team in June 2025. A graduate from the University of Michigan with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, she taught in the classroom before pivoting to the corporate world.

Over the last two decades, she has built extensive office experience, including a unique 15-year background as both a private investigator and an office manager that honed her sharp eye for detail and problem-solving skills.

A Commerce Township resident, Sophia enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
