Earl Fuller is an Estimator at Rival Insulation. Before joining Rival, he served four years in the United States Air Force as a Financial Analyst, where he managed a 20 million dollar budget and supported mission readiness through financial planning.

Earl is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Applied Management at Northwood University and plans to continue his education by earning an MBA.

Outside of work, Earl enjoys spending time on the water, skiing, and traveling. He has visited more than 15 countries and enjoys experiencing new places whenever he has the chance.

As he begins his career at Rival, Earl is excited to contribute to the company’s continued success, build lasting relationships with customers and teammates, and continue learning and growing within the industry.
