Rival Insulation is affiliated with the National Insulation Contractors Alliance.  The mission of NUICA is to work with the International Trade Unions to promote union insulation contractors’ efforts in the construction industry as it relates to the installation of mechanical insulation, manufacturing of removable blankets, installation of fire stopping material, abatement of hazardous materials, scaffolding, coatings, heat tracing and certified thermal insulation inspections and energy audits as well as other related services. The primary goal of NUICA is to increase union construction market share in the above-mentioned endeavors.   We appreciate all of NUICA’s efforts to strengthen union opportunities across the country.
