Paul McEachren

Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, Paul McEachren watched his uncles and his father build businesses from the ground up. He learned early in life that hard work built a life, while self-employment guaranteed independence and freedom. Paul joined Rival Insulation in 2012 as estimator and project manager; he now serves as Vice President. He focuses on pursuing project opportunities, building competitive bid proposals, supervising field labor, and managing projects to completion.

A graduate of Ferris State University with a Bachelor’s degree in HVACR Engineering Technology, Paul worked for mechanical contracting firms, building skills and industry knowledge. He believes in serving the communities he calls his own; Paul is a board member of the Heat and Frost Insulators Local 25 Health and Welfare committee, serves on Local 25’s Collection committee, and is involved in social, neighborhood clubs.

He appreciates the alignment clients see between him and Chris. The synergy between partners is one element of continuity that builds the positive reputation for which Rival is known.

When he’s not working, Paul devotes his attention to his wife and family, and also to working on classic cars like his blue 1970 Plymouth Barracuda. A resident of Harrison Township, Mich., Paul enjoys boating, traveling, snowmobiling, skiing, hunting, and volunteering.
