Paul McEachren is Vice President of Rival Insulation, where he works alongside the management team to oversee estimating and sales. With over 12 years at Rival, Paul has been instrumental to the company’s growth, helping transform it from a small, local contractor into a national organization performing work across the United States.

Paul’s career began in refrigeration service while he was still in college, giving him hands-on experience and a solid foundation in HVACR. He went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in HVACR Engineering from Ferris State University, then spent several years with a mechanical piping contractor as an estimator and project manager before transitioning into the insulation industry.

When he’s not working, Paul devotes his attention to his wife and family. He also enjoys working on classic cars like his blue 1970 Plymouth Barracuda, along with boating, traveling, snowmobiling, skiing, hunting, and volunteering.
