Chris Tremberth leads Rival Insulation, a self-performing mechanical insulation contractor operating as part of Kaiser Enterprise. Under his leadership, Rival has built a reputation for reliability and accountability on complex commercial and industrial projects nationwide — retaining ownership of estimating, project management, safety, and material handling in-house on every job, while finding strategic labor partners when overflow capacity is needed.

Chris comes to the industry firsthand. Raised in a union tradesman household, he was drawn to the trades early and built a career in mechanical insulation working for both national firms and small, family-run companies before founding Rival Insulation in 2011. He grew the company from the ground up, turning a profit in its first year and steadily expanding it into the national operation it is today.

As President, Chris oversees all operations at Rival and plays a key role in the company’s strategy within the broader Kaiser Enterprise platform. He also serves as President of the Central States Insulation Association and Vice President of the Master Insulators Association of Southeast Michigan.

Chris is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program and a participant in Leadership Macomb, a network supporting civic and community leadership development. He holds an engineering degree from Michigan State University.
