Ben Boyers joined Rival Insulation in 2025. Prior to joining Rival, Ben spent four years working in the commercial & residential concrete industry, where he developed the skills to manage complex projects, build strong client relationships, meet demanding project deadlines, and ensure every job was completed with quality and customer satisfaction as top priorities.

Ben earned his Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Eastern Michigan University, equipping him with a strong foundation in construction principles, project coordination, and leadership to effectively guide the team through projects.

At Rival Insulation, Ben is dedicated to providing reliable solutions, clear communication, and outstanding service from the initial consultation through project completion. His construction experience and customer-first approach allow him to understand each client’s unique needs and deliver results they can count on.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, as well as hunting, fishing, and camping.
