In July of 2026, Dylan Bagwell accepted a Superintendent position for Rival Insulation’s traveling division, taking on a management role for several projects in various locations throughout the country with a close team of insulators. Dylan and his team maintain strong relationships with local union insulators in various cities to excel on every job.

After completing five years of training at the Northwest Ohio Construction Education Center, Dylan continued building experience in mechanical insulation, including work at oil refineries, nuclear power plants, and clean energy power plants. He brings the daily challenges and lessons learned from those environments to every site he manages today. Dylan has a total of 11 years in the insulation industry, including over 5 years of leadership experience across multiple large-scale projects and maintenance contracts.

Originally from mid-Michigan, Dylan was born and raised there. When he isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids on their small farm in Northwest Ohio, along with hunting and fishing in new places all over the country.
