Tyler has been part of the Rival team since August 2024, and in that time he’s mastered the ins and outs of warehouse operations from the ground up. Despite starting with no prior experience in the field, Tyler quickly learned how to efficiently manage material deliveries and ordering — a skill set he now relies on every day to keep projects moving.

As Warehouse Manager, Tyler handles insulation orders for our field crews, making sure the right materials show up at the right time so jobs get done efficiently and on schedule. He also manages distribution of job site equipment, including ladders and PPE, keeping every crew properly outfitted and ready to work safely.

Known for his strong work ethic and can-do attitude, Tyler takes pride in making sure deliveries run smoothly and problems are solved before they start. He brings a positive energy to the team every day and says working at Rival feels like being part of a family.

Outside of work, Tyler enjoys spending time with friends and family, and you can usually find him gaming or catching a game when he’s off the clock.
